3. Aboout Color

Ivory is a kind of white, if you not put ivory beside pure white, most people will thought it is white. and different fabric will shows different effect of ivory. Please know about it. 

4. Processing Time

We need about 14-21 days to make the dress, and about 10-15 days for shipping. I recommend you place order 2-3 month earlier, maybe you still need to resize the dress in local tailor.

5. Return and Refund

We accept return for full refund of every order only of quality problem.

If return, buyer should keep the dress as original status, and buyer pay the shipping back cost.

Size problem is not accept return. Most of the time, buyer choose wrong size cause dress fit problem, but all our dress is made to order, if return to us, we hardly sell it out again. so we not accept size problem return, and recommend custom made dress, which is almost free charge service.
